Teams at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary

Provides academic advising and coaching to students, including degree planning, course registration, course selection, graduation planning, and student success support. Maintains student interaction records, responds to general inquiries, shares academic information with stakeholders, connects students with campus resources, and assists with academic administration. The role requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems.

Coordinates special projects, events, timelines, staff collaboration, student mobilization initiatives, and web properties for the Center for Great Commission Studies. Responsibilities include maintaining the Prayer Card Initiative, supporting mobilization events, building relationships across offices, assisting with content creation, and managing project logistics. The role requires strong organization, time management, attention to detail, multitasking, database learning, and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Coordinates marketing partnerships, sponsorships, advertising, email campaigns, merchandise, and brand awareness initiatives for Southeastern Seminary and Judson College. Maintains partner relationships, monitors advertising performance, supports marketing budgets, collaborates with admissions and development teams, and gathers student experience insights through focus groups and surveys. May support recruiting events, conferences, and other marketing activities outside normal working hours.
