Manage and schedule institutional social media accounts; create and coordinate visual, written, and video content; engage daily with audiences and monitor sector conversations. Cover campus events, chapel twice weekly, and conferences; collaborate with photographers, designers, and writers to execute on-brand content.

Part-time administrative assistant supporting Women’s Life and Graduate Life: coordinate events, manage budgets and credit card reconciliation, reserve spaces, oversee communications and social media, order supplies and catering, supervise event teams, and support Share Shop coordination. Regular campus presence and occasional travel for large events required.

Cultivate, solicit, and steward a regional portfolio of mid-level donors to increase engagement and financial support; manage donor interactions, events, and reporting using Slate; support annual giving and campaign initiatives while collaborating with advancement leadership and traveling as needed.
