Supports childcare programs by implementing age-appropriate activities, supervising children, maintaining records, following safety and medical policies, completing required trainings, and participating in family events and site maintenance.

Lead all fundraising and philanthropic strategy for the YMCA, shifting from event-driven to relationship-based fundraising. Develop and execute annual, major, planned gift, corporate, foundation, capital, and endowment programs; manage donor pipeline and stewardship; use CRM to track activity; support board engagement and fundraising accountability; collaborate with communications and program teams; supervise development support staff; ensure accurate gift processing, reporting, and confidentiality.

Provide supervised childcare by implementing age-appropriate activities, supervising and safeguarding children, maintaining records and site equipment, completing required trainings and certifications, and supporting family engagement and program quality at YMCA sites or off-site locations.

Support teachers by delivering and reinforcing academic and enrichment lessons, supervise scholars during activities and transitions, monitor academic and social progress, assist with behavior management, attendance, field trips, and special events while building relationships with scholars, families, and staff.

Lead and run the Find My Genius site: hire, train, and supervise staff; manage daily operations, safety, curriculum, behavior plans, parent engagement, events, and program evaluation to ensure student success.

The Assistant Site Director oversees the daily operations of afterschool childcare programs, ensuring safety, engagement, and quality experiences for children while implementing curriculum and supporting staff.

Greets members and guests, handles membership and program transactions, promotes recruitment/retention, assists with member goals, enforces policies, supports safety and emergency procedures, and helps achieve enrollment targets.
