Officiates youth football games by enforcing league rules, managing player behavior, monitoring playing areas for safety, explaining calls to participants, inspecting required equipment, and setting up or storing YMCA equipment. The role requires participation in referee training and clinics, positive communication with players, coaches, parents, and other officials, physical stamina, and completion of required training and background clearance.

Oversees an afterschool STEM-focused program site, develops academic programming, supervises and mentors staff, supports students, maintains records and budgets, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and builds relationships with families, schools, and community partners.

Serves as the primary on-site supervisor for an afterschool childcare program. Ensures child safety, implements enrichment curriculum, supervises and mentors staff, communicates with families, maintains attendance and licensing records, manages supplies and facility safety, and participates in YMCA training, coaching, meetings, and family engagement activities.
