Coordinate sales and marketing operations including lead management, CRM administration, proposals, client communications, event and VIP coordination, invoicing support, and workflow improvements. Support Sales Managers, maintain records and procedures, assist marketing initiatives and trade shows, and train/onboard staff to ensure consistent, revenue-focused guest experiences.

Coordinate, plan, and execute youth- and family-focused programming; schedule childcare and activity staff; maintain supplies and records; serve as guest-facing concierge and tour guide; assist with guest transportation and VIP programming.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, perform dishroom and night cleaning, assist with prep, organize equipment, handle waste, and support banquet plating and food running while following safety and chemical handling procedures in a fast-paced hospitality kitchen.

Provide 5-star guest service by answering calls and messages, booking and managing reservations, promoting resort offerings, meeting revenue goals, and handling guest issues. Maintain accurate guest profiles, follow safety procedures, complete training, and work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Supervise daily operations of Preservation and Demonstration Kitchens, oversee production of jams, pickles, and preserved goods to HACCP standards, manage inventory and ordering, collaborate on demos and menu/product development, coordinate with Farm Team, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality in all production and guest experiences.
