Grows commercial natural gas conversions through targeted sales outreach, cold calling, contractor and trade-partner engagement, customer guidance, and community involvement. Identifies opportunities using GIS, tracks activity in Salesforce, promotes energy-efficiency programs, and coordinates with internal teams to support seamless customer conversions. This field-based role includes site visits, customer relationship management, sales goal attainment, and participation in trainings and community events.

Supports customer experience leadership through reporting, dashboard development, data analysis, forecasting, and data-driven recommendations. Consolidates data from multiple sources, automates reporting through Power BI, fulfills regulatory and management reporting requirements, and supports workforce planning. Also administers contact center IVR schedules, phone-system configurations, queues, skills, and agent profiles while coordinating with IT and other departments.

Manages the enterprise IT portfolio, including demand intake, investment prioritization, governance, roadmap development, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and performance reporting. Partners with business, finance, and technology leaders to support executive decisions, optimize technology investments, track benefits, and resolve cross-functional dependencies. Leads improvements to portfolio processes, dashboards, governance standards, and decision-support frameworks.
