Manages the enterprise IT portfolio, including demand intake, investment prioritization, governance, roadmap development, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and performance reporting. Partners with business, finance, and technology leaders to support executive decisions, optimize technology investments, track benefits, and resolve cross-functional dependencies. Leads improvements to portfolio processes, dashboards, governance standards, and decision-support frameworks.

Supports financial planning for energy-efficiency programs by coordinating budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, reports, and performance metrics. Analyzes internal and external data to identify trends, exceptions, and operational improvements; prepares business recommendations and regulatory reports. Manages vendor contracts, invoices, loan application processes, and utility partnerships while supporting special projects and process improvements.

Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns, quarterly estimated payments, tax provisions (ASC 740), reconciliations, and tax research. Support audits, maintain tax workpapers and depreciation schedules, provide tax data to other departments, and participate in tax planning and process improvements.
