Administer and architect Jira-based outcome planning across Jira Premium, Atlassian Goals, and Jira Product Discovery. Responsibilities include redesigning hierarchy and workflows, modeling objectives and outcomes, developing cost visibility, configuring permissions and reporting, piloting solutions in a sandbox, planning migrations, documenting governance, and training product teams through a Planning Center of Excellence.

Own client acquisition and revenue growth as South Geeks’ first senior sales individual contributor. Build pipeline, conduct signal-based outreach, close complex B2B professional-services deals, maintain executive relationships, and manage forecasting in HubSpot. Target regulated financial services and life sciences organizations, represent the company at industry events, contribute to AI governance thought leadership, and remain the executive contact for clients after closing.

Investigate and resolve data-quality issues in large-scale distributed systems. Design Java-based repair pipelines and idempotent correction jobs for high-volume datasets, debug existing code, use AWS services for queue-driven and batch workflows, optimize performance and concurrency, and communicate technical findings and risks to stakeholders.

Lead architecture and build scalable, secure production services while championing AI-native development. Mentor engineers, influence technical direction, review PRs, and help evolve a legacy monolith to a modern stack in partnership with product and exec leadership.

Build and maintain full-stack wealth management platform features using Python and Angular or React. Design service-oriented architectures and REST/SOAP APIs, work with relational databases and ORMs, contribute to AWS or Azure cloud architecture, and deploy using container technologies. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, participate in code reviews and demos, and work independently with distributed teams.

Drive enterprise adoption of Generative AI and LLMs by discovering and prioritizing use cases, enabling teams via training and coaching, configuring and supporting AI workflows and agents, collaborating with technical and compliance teams, and establishing governance and success metrics.

Design, build, and support UiPath automations: analyze processes, develop workflows and bots, create PDD/SDD, configure Orchestrator, test, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain documentation while ensuring compliance.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Java and JavaScript, collaborating across teams and managing databases.
