Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, creating process and solution design documents, configuring Orchestrator, troubleshooting production issues, monitoring performance, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance, deployments, and continuous improvement.

Own the strategy and roadmap for a product-led growth platform’s builder experience. Lead customer discovery, translate funnel friction into product requirements, use AI to create guidance, partner with engineering and design pods, and define success metrics. The role requires strong B2B SaaS product management experience, AI fluency, technical proficiency with Git and Claude Code, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.

Investigate and resolve data-quality issues in large-scale distributed systems. Design Java-based repair pipelines and idempotent correction jobs for high-volume datasets, debug existing code, use AWS services for queue-driven and batch workflows, optimize performance and concurrency, and communicate technical findings and risks to stakeholders.
