The Editor will acquire, edit, and manage adult fiction and young adult authors, focusing on romance publishing. Responsibilities include long-range planning, manuscript solicitation, market analysis, and collaboration with marketing and sales divisions.

Provide high-touch administrative support to two SVPs and manage the NYC office: calendar and travel coordination, meeting prep and follow-ups, communications, visitor reception, vendor coordination, supplies, and process improvements using AI-assisted tools.

Lead and execute national publicity campaigns for commercial romance imprints. Pitch media, plan author tours and events, run influencer campaigns, create press materials, collaborate with sales and marketing, and develop long-term author publicity and social strategies to drive awareness and sales.

Lead integrated marketing and publicity campaigns for Casablanca and Bloom Books imprints, managing social, influencers, events, author relations, retail partnerships, campaign performance, and two direct reports to drive awareness and sales from prepublication through launch.
