Provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Independent Sales Team: prepare sales reports, manage Edelweiss catalogs, coordinate author events and preorder campaigns, support new account setup and promotional programs, maintain sales metadata, and produce sales communications and materials to help independent bookstores order and sell titles effectively.

Support audience and first-party data efforts by planning and executing email and paid social campaigns, conducting audience research and A/B tests, maintaining CRM and email lists, tracking performance metrics, coordinating assets with creative and vendors, updating dashboards and calendars, and assisting ad hoc projects to scale lead-generation and data-driven marketing.

Provides day-to-day support for metadata operations, including creating, updating, reviewing, and maintaining product information across internal systems and partner platforms. Performs data entry, quality checks, cleanup, reporting, routine FileMaker troubleshooting, discrepancy resolution, task tracking, process documentation, and special projects. Collaborates with Metadata team members and internal partners to ensure accurate, complete, and timely digital metadata delivery.
