Provide high-touch administrative support to two SVPs and manage the NYC office: calendar and travel coordination, meeting prep and follow-ups, communications, visitor reception, vendor coordination, supplies, and process improvements using AI-assisted tools.

Lead and execute national publicity campaigns for commercial romance imprints. Pitch media, plan author tours and events, run influencer campaigns, create press materials, collaborate with sales and marketing, and develop long-term author publicity and social strategies to drive awareness and sales.

Support Training & Development by organizing learning content and systems, assisting recruitment tasks (scheduling, candidate communication), and providing general HR administrative support while collaborating with the Director on L&D projects.
