As a Staff Software Engineer at SoundHound AI, you will design and implement scalable front-end systems for voice AI applications, collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and operational excellence.

Own and operate SoundHound's global equity program end-to-end: administer RSU/PSU awards and lifecycle events, design SOX controls and procedures, manage Shareworks as system of record, coordinate with Legal/Finance/Tax/Payroll and auditors, handle Section 16 and 10-Q/10-K disclosures, maintain 10b5-1 plans, and provide cross-functional guidance and strategic equity program improvements.

Lead technical integrations of SoundHound's Voice AI and AI Agents with automotive partners. Act as primary technical contact, troubleshoot and escalate issues, translate partner needs into technical specs, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans and timelines, and drive platform improvements while maintaining partner relationships and documentation.
