Designs software architectures, guides engineering teams, manages releases, develops Linux shell scripts, coordinates client and internal teams, translates use cases into requirements, and supports deployment, training, documentation, and operations. Tracks project metrics, risks, client expectations, and business value while advising R&D on customer needs.

Lead technical integrations of SoundHound's Voice AI and AI Agents with automotive partners. Act as primary technical contact, troubleshoot and escalate issues, translate partner needs into technical specs, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans and timelines, and drive platform improvements while maintaining partner relationships and documentation.

As a Cognitive Implementation Engineer, you'll develop cognitive functionalities, configure and test Amelia modules, and collaborate on technical solutions.
