Manage client relationships and application metrics, drive account growth and upsell opportunities, ensure accurate reporting, act as liaison to engineering (manage Jira tickets), support pilots and software testing, educate clients, and attend occasional client meetings (up to 10% travel).

As a Staff Software Engineer at SoundHound AI, you will design and implement scalable front-end systems for voice AI applications, collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and operational excellence.

Own and operate SoundHound's global equity program end-to-end: administer RSU/PSU awards and lifecycle events, design SOX controls and procedures, manage Shareworks as system of record, coordinate with Legal/Finance/Tax/Payroll and auditors, handle Section 16 and 10-Q/10-K disclosures, maintain 10b5-1 plans, and provide cross-functional guidance and strategic equity program improvements.
