Manage the full advisory fee billing and advisor compensation cycle, including fee setup, monthly billing, reconciliations, collections, payouts, reimbursements, reporting, and audit documentation. The role investigates discrepancies, maintains billing systems and dashboards, coordinates with custodians and vendors, supports ACH processing, analyzes revenue trends, and improves billing workflows and controls. It also provides advisor support, prepares compensation statements, and collaborates with Accounting, Compliance, Operations, and senior management.

Leads operations strategy and execution for a regulated RIA, overseeing teams, billing, operational controls, process improvement, technology platforms, vendor partnerships, data analytics, reporting, and executive initiatives. Serves as the COO’s operational partner and business subject matter expert for Orion, Black Diamond, and related systems while improving scalability, accuracy, advisor experience, and compliance support.

Supports the Chief Compliance Officer and compliance team with trade reviews, representative security reviews, firm registrations, continuing education tracking, compliance reporting, inspections, recordkeeping, and regulatory documentation. The role researches compliance questions, maintains records across multiple platforms, collaborates with internal teams, and supports ongoing compliance projects. It requires strong analytical, proofreading, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills in an onsite financial services environment.

Develop and deploy AI, machine learning, generative AI, and automation solutions across business departments. Responsibilities include evaluating workflows, building data pipelines and integrations, creating AI assistants and agents, establishing governance and security controls, measuring business impact, evaluating vendors and platforms, and managing solutions from discovery through ongoing optimization.
