The Demand Generation Specialist drives revenue growth by executing lead generation campaigns, collaborating with sales teams, and leveraging marketing technologies to optimize campaign performance.

Lead digital marketing strategy and execution across channels, guide and unblock the team, manage campaign planning and vendor/budget decisions, ensure brand and regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-functional project delivery from concept through launch.

Support accurate calculation, processing, reconciliation, collection, and distribution of advisory fees across client accounts. Coordinate with custodians and third-party vendors, maintain fee schedules and documentation, resolve billing discrepancies, execute adjustments and reimbursements, prepare client-level statements, and support process improvements and training within Operations.

Serve as first point of contact for clients and prospects, combining client service administration with inside sales and event coordination. Manage onboarding, advisor calendars, CRM logging, and conduct extensive outbound calling and event follow-up to generate appointments and reactivate leads.
