Manage day-to-day trafficking and execution of creative marketing projects across design, copy, video, digital, web, and print. Build and maintain ClickUp project plans, prioritize resources, lead cross-functional meetings, ensure compliance routing and quality assurance, and continuously improve workflows, templates, reporting, and capacity planning to deliver marketing initiatives on time and on brand.

Drive appointment generation and client engagement through outbound phone outreach, convert warm leads into qualified advisor appointments, support event planning and execution, maintain CRM and accurate client records, and contribute to advisor growth through coordinated outreach and onboarding support.

Serve as first point of contact for clients and prospects, combining client service administration with inside sales and event coordination. Manage onboarding, advisor calendars, CRM logging, and conduct extensive outbound calling and event follow-up to generate appointments and reactivate leads.
