Conduct phone-based outreach to warm leads, schedule qualified appointments, re-engage prospects, maintain CRM records, track performance metrics, and support workshops, seminars, and client events. The role partners with advisors and marketing teams to drive client engagement, onboarding, and business development. It requires professional communication, strong organization, local travel, occasional evening availability, and a sales-oriented approach to relationship building.

Manage the full advisory fee billing and advisor compensation cycle, including fee setup, monthly billing, reconciliations, collections, payouts, reimbursements, reporting, and audit documentation. The role investigates discrepancies, maintains billing systems and dashboards, coordinates with custodians and vendors, supports ACH processing, analyzes revenue trends, and improves billing workflows and controls. It also provides advisor support, prepares compensation statements, and collaborates with Accounting, Compliance, Operations, and senior management.

Leads operations strategy and execution for a regulated RIA, overseeing teams, billing, operational controls, process improvement, technology platforms, vendor partnerships, data analytics, reporting, and executive initiatives. Serves as the COO’s operational partner and business subject matter expert for Orion, Black Diamond, and related systems while improving scalability, accuracy, advisor experience, and compliance support.
