Provides global post-sales technical support for enterprise mobility management software through telephone and email. Investigates customer issues, reproduces environments using various devices, troubleshoots networking and server problems, collaborates with internal teams, and manages resolutions within 24/7 service standards. Requires strong MDM, Windows, networking, directory services, certificate, and troubleshooting knowledge, along with clear communication and customer-focused problem solving.

Provide global 24/7 technical support for SOTI software products, investigate and reproduce customer issues, troubleshoot MDM, Windows, networking, server, directory, Exchange, and certificate-related problems, and coordinate with internal teams through resolution. The role requires strong communication, documentation, customer service, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, along with 2–4 years of technical support experience and mandatory MDM expertise.

Develop revenue through consultative selling and provide technical presales support for mobile device management and enterprise mobility solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, explain solution architecture, configure software during proofs of concept, and address customer business and technical needs. Collaborate with sales and product teams, resolve product issues, recommend roadmap enhancements, and support internal initiatives. The role requires strong networking, identity management, security, database, cloud, and enterprise software knowledge, along with fluent French and English.

Provides telephone and email-based post-sales technical support for mobile and IoT device management software. Investigates customer issues, troubleshoots application and networking problems, reproduces customer environments across devices, communicates progress, and collaborates with internal teams through resolution. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, networking knowledge, Windows and mobile platform experience, strong problem-solving skills, and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Manage enterprise customer and channel partner accounts across the Netherlands, driving renewals, upselling, cross-selling, adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Develop account and territory plans, recruit and enable partners, forecast sales pipelines, conduct executive business reviews, manage commercial discussions, and achieve sales quotas. Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to deliver customer value and expand SOTI ONE Platform deployments.

Develop and improve the global privacy program, conduct product privacy reviews and impact assessments, support AI governance, contract reviews, audits, data subject requests, incident response, and privacy notices. Translate global privacy, AI, and security regulations into practical guidance, coordinate customer questionnaires, and evaluate privacy tooling. The role partners closely with Product, Development, Security, Sales, Legal, and other stakeholders in a global SaaS environment.

Provide hands-on IT service desk support for hardware, software, networks, access requests, and technical incidents. Investigate and resolve user issues, maintain global hardware asset inventories, support enterprise technologies, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, server, virtualization, Active Directory, SCCM, Windows, macOS, and VoIP environments. The role also supports process automation, reporting, ITIL practices, security controls, technology deployments, and escalated technical challenges.

Performs end-to-end QA for Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and outputs. Responsibilities include creating test plans and cases, validating data accuracy and business logic, reconciling discrepancies, analyzing root causes, documenting defects, supporting UAT readiness, and partnering with BI and data engineering teams. The role also monitors production reports, ensures BI governance compliance, and improves testing coverage and data validation practices.

Lead technical sales engagements with enterprise customers and strategic partners. Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, RFP responses, executive presentations, and solution validation. Advise customers on enterprise mobility strategies involving MDM, EMM, UEM, SaaS, networking, identity, security, databases, APIs, and integrations. Partner with Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, and Engineering while providing technical expertise, enabling partners, and contributing market insights.

Manage the procurement lifecycle for the region: source and acquire goods and services, develop RFQs, negotiate terms, issue purchase orders, maintain supplier relationships, support contract renewals, coordinate with finance for invoices, and implement global purchasing processes.

Manage relationships with enterprise customers using SOTI products, provide technical consulting and onboarding, conduct quarterly business reviews, coordinate support escalations and root-cause analyses, gather product requirements, deliver professional services work orders, maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases, conduct training and webinars, and support product testing.

Develops revenue through consultative selling, technical demonstrations, solution architecture, proof-of-concept installations, and pre-sales support for mobile device management and IoT solutions. Partners with sales, customers, and product teams; enables partners; resolves product issues; and educates stakeholders on device management and security. Requires regular customer and partner visits across Southeast Asia, with additional regional and global travel.

Design, develop, test, and document software; translate business requirements into detailed designs and code; re-architect components for scalability and performance; coach junior developers; identify and fix product defects; provide technical leadership for R&D and new products; stay current with emerging technologies.

Interns develop, test, and improve web and mobile software using modern development technologies. Software Developer Interns write scalable C# and .NET code, build tests, fix defects, and contribute across the development lifecycle. Quality Assurance Interns create test cases, execute exploratory and sprint testing, document bugs, and improve QA processes. Both roles collaborate with Agile teams and require students studying IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Own SOTI’s web strategy and organic growth roadmap across its web properties. Lead a team focused on SEO, web analytics, reporting, conversion optimization, and AI-powered discovery. Establish measurement standards, performance reporting, review-platform strategy, and experimentation pipelines. Partner with marketing and technology teams to improve website journeys, demand generation, conversions, and pipeline impact while translating data into prioritized recommendations.

Leads SOTI’s global competitive intelligence program, establishing research standards, insight cadences, competitor analysis, win/loss intelligence, battlecards, and field enablement. Translates market and competitive signals into recommendations for product roadmaps, positioning, sales execution, and commercial strategy. Partners with Product, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and executives while managing and developing a small CI team. Measures program impact and maintains ethical, evidence-based research practices across the enterprise mobility and software landscape.
