What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a hands-on AI Manager with deep expertise in NLP and OpenAI technologies to lead and expand our AI capabilities. You’ll work closely with a team of developers and data scientists to build and deploy real-world generative AI solutions that are integrated directly into our core products like MobiControl and XSight.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning state-of-the-art AI research into tangible product features — especially in areas like natural language understanding, generative models, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. You will be both a leader and a contributor: someone who can design architecture, write code, and lead teams through production deployment.

What You’ll Do
Lead the design, development, and deployment of NLP and LLM-based solutions, especially with Azure OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face models, and custom fine-tuning.
Build and scale production-ready AI pipelines for tasks such as summarization, classification, conversational agents, anomaly detection, semantic search, and intelligent document processing.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI-powered features seamlessly into SOTI products.
Establish best practices in model evaluation, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
Own MLOps and AI lifecycle management, including model retraining, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Mentor, coach, and grow a team of AI/ML developers and researchers.
Ensure adherence to ethical AI principles, data privacy, and model transparency.
Stay on top of emerging trends in generative AI and NLP and bring viable innovations into the product roadmap.
Experience You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years specifically working with AI/ML, with strong hands-on expertise in NLP and LLMs.
3+ years in a leadership/manager role, ideally leading AI-focused teams in a product development environment.
Proven experience integrating OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar LLM-based APIs into production systems.
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and semantic search.
Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
Track record of deploying customer-facing AI features at scale.
Familiarity with agile and DevOps principles; strong project management and communication skills.
Passion for mentoring and developing top technical talent.
A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Bonus Experience
Understanding of vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) or enterprise software.
