Validate functionality, performance, security, and data integrity; document defects; maintain test artifacts; support configuration management, effort estimation, and STLC across multiple DoD IT projects to ensure compliance with government and Army requirements.

Serve as functional lead for Power Platform solutions supporting Army/DoD: elicit and document requirements, model processes, define user stories and acceptance criteria, support UAT, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure compliance with configuration management and records requirements.

Provide live monitoring, translation, transcription, and interpretation (Spanish↔English) for law enforcement intercepts; produce written summaries, validate others' translations, attend legal briefings, assist evidence preparation, testify if subpoenaed, and work shift schedules including nights/weekends.
