Administer and maintain GitLab repositories and RBAC, configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines, support secure DevSecOps workflows, troubleshoot and automate processes, manage access control and testing frameworks, and produce GitLab access and security compliance reports to support DoD mission data interoperability.

Manage federal detention contract operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, oversight of subcontractors, and strategic planning. Act as liaison with government, manage budgets, and conduct audits.
