Serve as SME for LAN/WAN/transport in a DoD environment: design and implement secure LAN/WAN/CSfC architectures, configure Layer-2/Layer-3 devices, support eBGP and firewalls, automate network discovery, enforce STIGs, provide Tier-3 troubleshooting, coordinate with stakeholders and circuit providers, and support 24/7 operations.

Lead operational visibility and situational awareness using MSS and SolarWinds. Own outage coordination, Priority ticket tracking, dashboard validation, and executive reporting. Coordinate across NetOps, SysOps, TNCC Watch, engineering, and stakeholders; lead outage calls, brief senior leaders, mentor watch personnel, and maintain operational SOPs and escalation procedures.

Develop, configure, and support SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions for DoD customers. Assist in designing/customizing sites and components, building basic Power Apps and workflows, maintaining site collections, troubleshooting permissions and functionality, supporting migrations, documenting technical work, and working within SDLC and government compliance under senior guidance.
