Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for Army/DoD programs. Lead technical implementation, integrate GOTS systems, maintain Dataverse/SQL/SharePoint data models, ensure SDLC and configuration management compliance, mentor junior staff, and produce technical documentation and estimates.

Develop, configure, and support SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions for DoD customers. Assist with custom SharePoint components, workflow automation, site maintenance, migrations, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and SDLC activities while working under senior guidance to meet government standards and contract requirements.

Serve as the functional lead for Power Platform solutions supporting Army/DoD programs: elicit and document requirements, create functional specifications and process models, support Power Apps/Power BI/Power Automate design, facilitate UAT, manage requirement traceability, coordinate stakeholders, support project scheduling, and ensure compliance with configuration management and Army records requirements.
