Own and administer Salesforce globally across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud. Build workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and integrations; maintain data quality and governance; support forecasting, territories, quotas, and revenue operations. Partner with global stakeholders and external implementation teams, lead UAT, document configurations, train users, and recommend Salesforce, AI, and integration enhancements.

Conduct outbound phone and email prospecting, qualify inbound leads, manage lead flow in Salesforce, set qualified discovery calls for sales, meet monthly goals, and collaborate with marketing and internal teams to execute territory-based campaigns.
