Coordinates Americas marketing programs, events, campaigns, lead management, data enrichment, internal communications, calendars, and reporting. The role uses Salesforce and AI-powered marketing automation to improve targeting, operational consistency, lead routing, and campaign performance. It collaborates with sales, product, PR, finance, and partner teams and requires approximately 10% travel across North America.

Owns the design, configuration, administration, support, integrations, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors, with deep Employee Central expertise. Provides second-line support, resolves complex incidents, leads implementations and enhancements, manages testing and releases, maintains documentation, and ensures platform security, data quality, and stability. Partners with HR, IT, vendors, and project teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and provides technical guidance to HRIS analysts.

Leads APJ MDR operations within a global 24/7 security service. Responsibilities include managing team leads and analysts, ensuring staffing and service-level performance, overseeing triage and investigation quality, handling escalations and major incidents, developing operational readiness, improving workflows through data and automation, and coordinating with threat intelligence, detection engineering, incident response, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
