Maintain and administer the OneStream financial reporting system: metadata and user management, integrations (e.g., SAP), data loading/validation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support. Manage JIRA tickets, deliver user training and documentation, drive process improvements and roadmap, evaluate automation/AI enhancements, support reporting, upgrades, testing and collaborate with Finance, IT and external consultants.

Lead proactive readiness engagements and emergency incident response for enterprise customers. Conduct plan reviews, design playbooks, run tabletop exercises, lead DFIR investigations across host, network, and cloud, guide containment/remediation, brief leadership, mentor teams, and participate in a 24x7 emergency rotation. Provide strategic guidance and contribute to internal methodologies and capability building.

Provide Tier II SOC monitoring, detection and response for MDR customers: investigate logs and endpoint data, handle Tier I escalations, conduct threat hunting, document findings for technical and executive audiences, onboard/train analysts, coordinate incident response, and drive continuous improvement in detection and remediation.
