The Vice President, Legal will lead healthcare regulatory and commercial legal matters for an AI-enabled diagnostic imaging company. Responsibilities include negotiating healthcare, technology, data use, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements; advising on Anti-Kickback, Stark Law, HIPAA, FDA, physician arrangement, and AI-related issues; supporting corporate, employment, compliance, and governance matters; developing legal processes and playbooks; and managing outside counsel.

Leads the global legal function, managing a seven-person team and advising senior executives. Responsibilities include IPO readiness, corporate governance across approximately 50 global entities, legal department modernization, AI and legal technology implementation, process development, outside counsel management, and practical risk-focused business guidance. The role requires substantial private practice and in-house experience, strong corporate governance expertise, global legal experience, and a U.S. law license.

Leads the regulatory legal function and manages attorneys advising on digital care delivery, pharmacy and laboratory operations, healthcare technology, AI, and FDA-regulated products. Provides strategic counsel to executives, manages legal risk, develops regulatory strategies, and supports global growth. Builds and mentors the legal team while advising on healthcare regulations including telehealth, corporate practice of medicine, pharmacy law, laboratory services, Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, and state and federal standards.

Commercial Counsel will lead negotiations for MSAs, data licenses, partnerships, and other commercial agreements with financial institutions and technology providers. The role advises stakeholders on legal issues, partners with Sales, Product, Security, and Operations, and builds scalable contracting infrastructure, including templates, playbooks, approval workflows, and legal technology systems. Lead and build a global compliance function supporting U.S., EMEA, and APAC; manage a team of ~6, drive IPO and public-company readiness, develop policies, controls, metrics and reporting, oversee investigations and remediation, partner with cross-functional leaders to mitigate regulatory risk and scale compliance technology and processes for global growth.

Serve as the company's first U.S. attorney by bringing U.S. litigation expertise into product development. Advise clients' in-house teams, analyze litigation data and trends, design workflow templates and legal content for the platform, and partner with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure the technology reflects real-world litigation practice.

Provide global employment and labor law counsel to the company and parent, advise on US and international employment issues, labor relations, contracts, investigations, policy development, risk mitigation, and training while working with senior leadership and legal teams.

Lead day-to-day operations for a national, tech-forward law firm: manage managing attorneys, budgeting and finance, develop systems and initiatives to enable attorneys to deliver legal services across states, lead legal operations strategy and cross-functional projects, track program metrics, and coach senior staff. Remote role reporting to the Principal Attorney with some travel among offices.

Provide product-focused legal counsel across the full product lifecycle, advising on AI/ML, privacy, IP, and open-source issues; draft and negotiate technology licensing and integration agreements; support trademark, acquisitions integration, and incident response; help build privacy-by-design practices and shape product legal function as it scales.

Lead and manage the company's litigation and dispute resolution matters including patent, commercial, brand protection, and general business litigation. Oversee the patent program, drive litigation strategy through pleadings, motions, discovery, arbitration or trial, and advise executives and the board.

Lead and execute company litigation strategy focused on semiconductor and DRAM-related IP, antitrust, trade secret, commercial, and class action matters. Oversee all litigation phases, manage outside counsel and budgets, translate technical concepts with engineering teams, and advise executive leadership and the board on legal risk and regulatory responses across jurisdictions.

Lead the companys patent acquisition and business development for semiconductor/DRAM technologies. Source and negotiate high-value patent purchases and licenses, manage deal lifecycle and due diligence, build industry relationships, and collaborate with executive, legal, engineering, IP, and external counsel.

Lead and build the company’s patent program: manage global patent/trademark portfolio, draft and prosecute patents (using AI tools), harvest inventions with R&D/product teams, manage outside counsel and budgets, provide strategic IP counseling, support M&A due diligence, and train stakeholders on IP processes.

Provide legal advice to Procurement and Integrated Supply Chain on commercial agreements (SaaS, energy, logistics), manage disputes and investigations, support international matters and M&A due diligence, coordinate with outside counsel, and protect company strategic objectives while reporting to VP, HSE Policy and Deputy General Counsel.

In-house counsel advising product, R&D, hardware, marketing, and clinical teams on privacy, data protection, and AI governance. Develops policies, conducts privacy/DPIAs, supports incident response and regulatory inquiries, drafts and negotiates data protection agreements, and partners cross-functionally to enable responsible innovation in digital health.

Provide legal and regulatory counsel for digital health products, including FDA-cleared devices and AI-driven platforms. Advise Product, R&D, Hardware, Marketing, and Clinical teams on FDA submissions, promotional compliance, global launches, government programs, and risk mitigation. Coordinate with international counsel, create guidance and trainings, and keep stakeholders informed on regulatory developments to enable business initiatives from concept through launch.

Lead the commercial legal function for a cloud SaaS provider: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, services, and government contracts; advise on RFPs and procurement; partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations; build scalable contract processes; and support broader legal initiatives including privacy and compliance.

Lead and own the company's global disputes portfolio end-to-end, handling commercial, employment, IP, regulatory inquiries, internal investigations, and third-party legal processes. Advise business leaders and the Board, manage outside counsel and litigation budgets, develop playbooks and discovery/legal-hold practices, and partner cross-functionally to mitigate and resolve disputes.
