Serve as the company's first U.S. attorney by bringing U.S. litigation expertise into product development. Advise clients' in-house teams, analyze litigation data and trends, design workflow templates and legal content for the platform, and partner with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure the technology reflects real-world litigation practice.

Provide global employment and labor law counsel to the company and parent, advise on US and international employment issues, labor relations, contracts, investigations, policy development, risk mitigation, and training while working with senior leadership and legal teams.

Lead legal strategy, governance, compliance, regulatory affairs, major transactions, contract management, risk management, and legal operations. Modernize and lead the in-house legal team, manage outside counsel, and integrate legal guidance into enterprise strategy to enable clinical and business objectives.

Lead implementation and administration of Ironclad CLM, design contract workflows and playbooks, evaluate and deploy AI legal tools, and draft/negoti ate commercial agreements. Serve as the operational backbone of a small legal department, maintain compliance programs, and provide cross-functional training to stakeholders while supporting a high-growth AI computing company.

Provide legal advice to Procurement and Integrated Supply Chain on commercial agreements (SaaS, energy, logistics), manage disputes and investigations, support international matters and M&A due diligence, coordinate with outside counsel, and protect company strategic objectives while reporting to VP, HSE Policy and Deputy General Counsel.

Coordinate with international counsel, create guidance and trainings, and keep stakeholders informed on regulatory developments to enable business initiatives from concept through launch.

Provide legal support on high‑profile technology M&A deals: draft and maintain engagement letters and precedents, advise on public transaction disclosures, shape AI policy and implementation, monitor active mandates, and support broader legal research and department needs.

Provide commercial legal support for large-scale infrastructure, real estate, construction, and procurement projects. Serve as strategic partner to Infrastructure & Facilities and executive teams, lead contract negotiation and drafting, manage transactions from start to finish, and translate legal issues into practical guidance for technical and operational stakeholders.

Provide commercial legal support for Americas (including LATAM): draft, negotiate, and close complex SaaS and software agreements; lead cross-border transactions; advise on regulatory and compliance matters; maintain templates and scalable contracting workflows; provide training and partner with sales and business leaders to enable revenue growth.

Lead the commercial legal function for a cloud SaaS provider: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, services, and government contracts; advise on RFPs and procurement; partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations; build scalable contract processes; and support broader legal initiatives including privacy and compliance.
