The role requires sophisticated technology transactions experience in a fast-growth AI hardware company.

Leads complex commercial transactions, especially hardware sales, hardware-and-services arrangements, cloud services, and IP-intensive technology agreements. Advises senior executives and cross-functional technical teams, negotiates issues involving licensing, data, privacy, security, warranties, and liability, and supports strategic partnerships and supply-side transactions. Builds legal processes, templates, and playbooks while mentoring team members and managing outside counsel.
