Leads strategic finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, operational analysis, investor relations, fundraising support, and board reporting. Supports monthly close alignment and delivers actionable financial insights for executive decision-making.

Operates CT and X-ray equipment, and potentially MRI, to perform diagnostic imaging procedures. Reviews physician orders, verifies patient information, labels and documents images, monitors patient well-being, and responds to clinical concerns. Conducts CLIA laboratory testing and quality control, enters patient data in Athena Health and Salesforce, maintains HIPAA compliance, and performs related clerical duties.

Respond to inbound membership inquiries through phone, email, and text; conduct discovery conversations; explain healthcare membership benefits; guide qualified prospects through enrollment; maintain Salesforce records; collaborate with Membership Directors and internal teams; and provide feedback to improve sales processes and onboarding.

Generate membership sales by promptly engaging inbound leads through phone, email, and text. Conduct discovery conversations, explain healthcare membership benefits, guide qualified prospects through enrollment, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams. The role requires a high-touch, consultative approach, strong follow-through, and a fixed Sunday–Thursday schedule during Pacific Time hours.

Oversee daily operations at a concierge emergency clinic, supervising front desk, patient care, radiology, laboratory, and support staff. Manage workflows, scheduling, payroll, inventory, patient and employee concerns, vendor relationships, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions. Partner with clinical and operations leaders to improve efficiency and deliver exceptional patient experiences while protecting confidential medical information.

Operate CT and X-ray equipment to perform diagnostic imaging, ensure accurate labeling and patient identification, monitor patient well-being, run CLIA lab tests and QC, document results in Athena Health and Salesforce, and perform related clerical duties on a part-time night/weekend schedule.
