Leads strategic finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, operational analysis, investor relations, fundraising support, and board reporting. Partners with senior leaders across multiple functions to evaluate investments, guide growth initiatives, improve reporting, and drive enterprise-wide projects. Supports monthly close alignment and delivers actionable financial insights for executive decision-making.

Welcomes patients and members at concierge clinics, manages EMR-based scheduling, intake, registration, checkout, and account updates. Enters leads and demographics in Salesforce, schedules follow-up care, answers calls, addresses concerns, and directs medical or billing questions. Maintains clinic presentation, distributes mail, monitors inventory, restocks supplies, and supports efficient office operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Operates CT and X-ray equipment, and potentially MRI, to perform diagnostic imaging procedures. Reviews physician orders, verifies patient information, labels and documents images, monitors patient well-being, and responds to clinical concerns. Conducts CLIA laboratory testing and quality control, enters patient data in Athena Health and Salesforce, maintains HIPAA compliance, and performs related clerical duties.
