The Senior Account Executive will drive revenue sales for Solidus Labs' trade surveillance solutions, focusing on the European market, managing sales lifecycle, and fostering client relationships in financial institutions.

Client-facing technical lead for capital markets implementations of trade surveillance and transaction monitoring. Define integration architecture, map end-to-end data workflows, tune surveillance algorithms, investigate data quality issues, and coordinate delivery with product, R&D, and client teams to ensure successful deployment and validation of solutions.

Own production reliability, availability, and performance for cloud-native systems. Operate and scale Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, manage AWS infrastructure, implement IaC with Terraform and Helm, improve CI/CD, build observability with Prometheus/Grafana/EFK, lead incident response and RCA, participate in on-call rotations, and support security and compliance.

Lead and standardize product delivery across multiple distributed squads: run and embed agile ceremonies, systematize cadences and reporting, resolve cross-team dependencies, maintain Jira/Confluence as source of truth, and report delivery health to leadership.
