Lead the Transaction Monitoring Algorithms engineering team and own the full product engineering lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing off-chain and on-chain detection systems, designing high-throughput data pipelines and architectures, improving alert quality, reducing false positives, tuning detection logic, and translating regulatory and customer needs into engineering plans. The role requires hands-on backend development, production debugging, code review, team leadership, and collaboration with product, compliance, customer success, and solutions teams.

Manage Solidus’s organic social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant communities. Ghostwrite and develop the founder and executive brands, engage directly with industry audiences, create and edit multimedia content, monitor performance, and convert social activity into brand awareness and pipeline impact. The role requires fluency in fintech, crypto, AI, and regulatory topics, along with strong cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail.

Lead Solidus Labs’ Tel Aviv Data organization across infrastructure, applications, and integrations. Manage Tech Leads and Staff Engineers while setting technical direction, owning architecture, reliability, delivery, and operational health for systems processing billions of daily events. Remain hands-on with code reviews, architecture, debugging, and incident response. Partner with Product, Compliance, Customer Success, clients, and vendors while mentoring engineering leaders and driving data quality, scalability, observability, and technical debt reduction.
