Manage a high-touch portfolio of 10–25 enterprise B2B SaaS accounts across US and EMEA. Build executive relationships, lead business reviews, manage renewals, and independently close upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Monitor account health, identify churn risks, develop ROI and adoption narratives, and coordinate with Digital Project Managers to align delivery with business outcomes.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA, from prospecting and discovery through demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Manage complex, high-value opportunities with C-level and operational stakeholders, using inbound leads, RFPs, existing pipelines, networks, and outbound prospecting. Define customer needs, tailor messaging, maintain deal momentum, coordinate cross-functional teams, and transition signed customers to Customer Success.
