Own full sales cycles from discovery to signature, engage C-level stakeholders, generate and qualify opportunities (inbound, RFPs, outbound), tailor demos and messaging, manage parallel long, complex deals, and hand over to Customer Success for onboarding.

Define go-to-market strategies and sales enablement for product features (e.g., AI Knowledge Agents, Sites & Pages, Rewards). Create positioning, enable sales/pre-sales/CS, run campaigns, support adoption, track KPIs, run events/webinars, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue and product-led growth.
