Own a portfolio of veterinary clinics after wellness-plan launch, serving as their primary partner and advisor. Build relationships, conduct business reviews, monitor performance, identify struggling accounts, and create turnaround plans. Drive ongoing enrollments through engagement and incentive programs while partnering with onboarding and launch teams on pricing or plan changes. The role requires proactive account management, data-informed planning, relationship building, and ownership of clinic retention and growth.

Launch Clinic Success Managers help veterinary clinics successfully introduce wellness plans. Responsibilities include aligning leadership, training clinic teams, managing launch timelines, creating enrollment marketing materials, setting goals and incentives, monitoring milestones, resolving risks, driving first-90-day enrollments, and handing clinics off to ongoing success managers. The role is in-person in Troy, Michigan, and requires confident presentations, coaching, relationship building, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.

Build and own Snout’s data foundation, including PostgreSQL and dbt warehouses, ingestion pipelines, dimensional models, data quality, documentation, and reliable rebuilds. Reconcile data from veterinary practice-management systems, support LLM/AI tooling, translate stakeholder needs into technical plans, and establish the foundation for a future data team and analyst.
