Teams at Snout

Build and own Snout’s data foundation, including PostgreSQL and dbt warehouses, ingestion pipelines, dimensional models, data quality, documentation, and reliable rebuilds. Reconcile data from veterinary practice-management systems, support LLM/AI tooling, translate stakeholder needs into technical plans, and establish the foundation for a future data team and analyst.

Build and maintain data infrastructure, integrate veterinary partner systems, develop dbt models and pipelines, provide analytics modeling, testing, reporting, and deliver actionable insights to customers and internal teams.

Lead Snout's accounting function: own the general ledger and monthly close, build GAAP revenue recognition for membership plans, manage the company's first audit, prepare lender reporting and covenant deliverables, coordinate tax cleanup, design cash/payment controls, and transition from outsourced accounting to an in-house finance operation.
