Every pet should get the care they need, regardless of cost. Vet med prices are up 40% since 2020, and pet owners are stuck having to pick between their bank account and furry friend. At Snout, we aim to solve this by enabling clinics to offer wellness plans that actually work.
Snout is one of the fastest growing wellness plan providers in the veterinary space, trusted by clinics across the U.S. We’re a small but mighty startup team and we’re on the lookout for a Nurture Clinic Success Manager based in our Troy, Michigan office to be the long-term partner that keeps our clinics growing their wellness plan enrollments year after year.
As a Nurture Clinic Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the long-term partner and advisor to clinics once their wellness plans are up and running. You’ll build lasting relationships with clinic teams and leadership, run regular business reviews, and bring the ideas and programs that keep enrollments growing. You’ll report to our Head of Clinic Success and work side by side with our Onboarding Specialists and Launch Clinic Success Managers.
The Nurture team manages most of our partner clinics. Clinics start with the Launch team, and after their first three months they move to Nurture, where you'll own a book of business. You'll keep those clinics engaged, catch early signs that one is slowing down, and help them grow. That keeps clinics with Snout and pets on their plans, so more pets get affordable preventive care year after year.
If you love building relationships that last, can turn a spreadsheet into a clear plan, and get energy from bringing a struggling account back to life, we’d love to hear from you. Come help the pack keep tails wagging for the long haul!
Snout is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We know that great candidates may not check every box — and that’s okay. If you're excited about this role and our mission, we encourage you to apply if you meet at least 75% of “what we’re looking for” including the first bullet point. If you need any accommodations during the application or interview process, please let us know — we’re happy to support you.
