Supervise and participate in asbestos removal projects, including site setup, decontamination unit and equipment positioning, enclosure maintenance, negative-pressure setup, asbestos removal, smoke testing, waste handling, recordkeeping, and four-stage clearance preparation. Lead operatives, coordinate with managers, clients, subcontractors, and HSE inspectors, order materials, maintain safety standards, and ensure work is completed efficiently and in accordance with CAR2012 and other health and safety regulations.

Provides administrative support to HR and Payroll teams by maintaining employee records, processing starters, leavers and employee changes, preparing payroll data, monitoring time and attendance, recording leave and absences, preparing employment documents, and supporting onboarding. The role requires strong organisation, accuracy, confidentiality, data-entry skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a willingness to develop an HR and payroll career.

Assists with soft strip, demolition, site clearance, waste segregation, site setup, fencing, signage, and housekeeping. Operates hand tools and demolition equipment safely, follows site instructions and safe working procedures, reports hazards, and supports project delivery. The role requires teamwork, reliability, health and safety awareness, a valid CSCS card, and a full UK driving licence. Work takes place across demolition sites in the South West and Wales.

Lead demolition projects from mobilisation through completion, overseeing site operations, safety, quality, subcontractors, workforce, plant, budgets, procurement, waste management, and regulatory compliance. Develop demolition plans, method statements, and risk assessments; conduct inspections and toolbox talks; coordinate stakeholders; manage project challenges; maintain documentation; and ensure all personnel are trained, competent, and certified.

Manage end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll for approximately 550 employees. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing; administer pensions, statutory payments, deductions, and employee changes; produce reports and reconciliations; respond to payroll queries; support onboarding; liaise with HMRC, pension providers, and auditors; maintain controls and improve payroll processes.

Trainee Asbestos Removal Operatives will receive full training to carry out asbestos removal work on commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities include following instructions, complying with HSE regulations and company procedures, meeting physical job requirements, and working effectively within a team. No prior experience is required, though carpentry, site work, and hand-tool experience is preferred. A full UK driving licence is required.
