Lead end-to-end ecommerce project delivery: define scope and SOWs, manage schedules, budgets, risks, teams, testing and acceptance, coordinate vendors and customers, produce RFP responses, and drive continuous improvement and lessons learned to ensure timely, high-quality go-lives.

Lead full project lifecycle for digital commerce engagements: scope, plan, schedule, budget, risk and change management. Serve as client-facing primary contact, coordinate internal and offshore teams, track progress, enforce quality, report status, and drive post-project reviews to meet KPIs.
