Requires hands-on supplier quality or manufacturing experience, engineering education or equivalent expertise, GD&T knowledge, inspection experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical software. Travel is minimal, up to 5%.

Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes and equipment; analyze and improve production flow, assembly methods, tooling, and fixtures; manage new/revised product launches, train staff, and lead process-improvement and project-management activities to reduce cost and improve quality and efficiency.

Supports Senior Counsel with litigation, discovery requests, subpoenas, e-discovery, litigation holds, records retention, matter database management, budgeting, and legal projects. Performs administrative and confidential work, improves legal processes, and communicates across the organization. Requires strong organization, independent judgment, legal or law-firm experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. This is an in-office role in Maryville, Tennessee.

Designs, develops, and implements manufacturing processes and tooling to improve cost, quality, and efficiency. Coordinates launch of new/revised products, documents routings and programs (CMM/CNC), manages S&W routing database, trains staff, and leads cross-functional process improvement and problem resolution.

Develop daily issue plans to support firearms production; manage inventory, release planned orders, coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and manufacturing to ensure production schedules are met and inventory accuracy is maintained.

Provide on-site protection of company property and personnel by controlling access, monitoring CCTV and alarms, responding to emergencies, preparing incident reports, maintaining firearms and first responder proficiency, cooperating with local authorities, and completing required physical and training assessments.

Manage and optimize website content and search visibility to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Develop SEO/AEO/GEO and generative/answer engine strategies, collaborate with developers and marketing teams, use GA4/Search Console and AI tools to analyze performance, implement schema markup and UX/copy fixes, and report on site metrics regularly.

Lead planning function and planners to develop and execute production plans, ensure component availability, manage inventory levels, release planned orders, collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and operations, and support S&OP processes to meet customer delivery and production targets.

Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing and assembly processes, troubleshoot production issues, apply lean methods, launch new/revised products, design and document tooling/fixtures, train staff, maintain routing/CMM/CNC programs, and ensure compliance with safety and firearm traceability standards.

Designs and implements manufacturing quality processes, leads process qualification and continuous improvement using SPC, DoE, FMEA and root-cause analysis. Supports supplier inspection criteria, conducts print reviews, first-article inspections, audits, and trains inspectors. Uses metrics and statistical tools to drive corrective actions and launch new or revised products.

Maintain and configure SAP ECC (primarily WM) to support manufacturing and distribution. Lead WM implementations, gather and document business requirements, analyze and resolve support/enhancement requests, integrate with other SAP modules and external systems, and recommend process improvements. Provide hands-on configuration, QA for performance, and cross-functional support.

Design and implement scalable data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines and transformations into Microsoft Fabric using ADF and notebooks (Python/Pandas/Spark). Build and maintain dimensional data warehouse models, ensure data quality, performance tuning, and prepare data for semantic models. Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in code reviews, documentation, and operational handoffs while establishing standards for deployment and governance.
