Develops and executes email, SMS, social, website, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns supporting product launches, promotions, customer acquisition, and retention. Manages audience segments, automated messaging, website content, campaign assets, and social publishing. Tracks campaign performance, traffic, engagement, revenue, and conversions, providing optimization recommendations. Supports trade shows, dealer events, media activations, and product launches while ensuring compliance with consent, privacy, and platform requirements.

Checks and validates product engineering drawings, solid models, dimensions, tolerances, materials, revisions, and design standards. Ensures compliance with ASME and company requirements using SolidWorks and other CAD software. Collaborates with engineers and manufacturing teams, evaluates drawing impacts on manufacturing processes, provides CAD drafting guidance, creates basic tool design drawings, retrieves part information in SAP, and prevents noncompliant drawings from release.

Manage and govern user access across SAP and other enterprise applications. Administer SAP accounts, roles, transaction-code access, and authorization changes while enforcing least privilege and segregation-of-duties controls. Evaluate access requests, manage emergency access, support access certifications and audits including SOX, resolve complex access issues, and improve governance processes. Collaborate with business and IT teams to make risk-based decisions and maintain compliant, well-documented access controls.

Designs and modifies fixtures, gauges, cutters, and production tooling using CAD, including solid models and fully dimensioned drawings. Evaluates and improves manufacturing processes, creates BOMs and routings in SAP, supports CNC/CAM programming and debugging, and develops process documentation. Collaborates with process and product engineers, toolmakers, and vendors to optimize tooling quality, cost, fit, function, and tool life. Performs design validation, checking, file management, and related engineering duties.

Supports the Senior Project Manager in coordinating Creative Services and marketing projects from request through completion. Maintains schedules, tracks deliverables and project data, communicates updates, coordinates cross-functional teams, generates status reports, documents workflows, escalates risks, and supports proofing, quality control, and content production logistics.

Supports talent acquisition and workforce development through recruiting coordination, talent data management, reporting, dashboards, HRIS and ATS administration, system audits, and workforce planning assistance. The role supports sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, offers, onboarding, career fairs, and employee development initiatives. It is fully onsite in Maryville, Tennessee.

Supports supplier and manufacturing quality through data analysis, quality tools, supplier audits, nonconformance resolution, first article inspections, incoming inspection improvements, and root-cause problem solving. Works across metal cutting, MIM, powder metallurgy, and plastics suppliers. Requires hands-on supplier quality or manufacturing experience, engineering education or equivalent expertise, GD&T knowledge, inspection experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical software. Travel is minimal, up to 5%.

Designs, develops, and implements manufacturing processes and tooling to improve cost, quality, and efficiency. Coordinates launch of new/revised products, documents routings and programs (CMM/CNC), manages S&W routing database, trains staff, and leads cross-functional process improvement and problem resolution.

Manage and optimize website content and search visibility to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Develop SEO/AEO/GEO and generative/answer engine strategies, collaborate with developers and marketing teams, use GA4/Search Console and AI tools to analyze performance, implement schema markup and UX/copy fixes, and report on site metrics regularly.

Maintain and configure SAP ECC (primarily WM) to support manufacturing and distribution. Lead WM implementations, gather and document business requirements, analyze and resolve support/enhancement requests, integrate with other SAP modules and external systems, and recommend process improvements. Provide hands-on configuration, QA for performance, and cross-functional support.

Design and implement scalable data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines and transformations into Microsoft Fabric using ADF and notebooks (Python/Pandas/Spark). Build and maintain dimensional data warehouse models, ensure data quality, performance tuning, and prepare data for semantic models. Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in code reviews, documentation, and operational handoffs while establishing standards for deployment and governance.
