Two-year Forger Trainee program training Smith & Wesson employees to become certified Forgers under mentor supervision. Trainees must meet prerequisites, pass drug screening and DOT certification, complete periodic evaluations every three months, and demonstrate required skills to progress through scheduled pay increases. Failure to meet standards may result in removal or reassignment.

Maintain and configure SAP ECC (primarily WM) to support manufacturing and distribution. Lead WM implementations, gather and document business requirements, analyze and resolve support/enhancement requests, integrate with other SAP modules and external systems, and recommend process improvements. Provide hands-on configuration, QA for performance, and cross-functional support.

Create, modify, and maintain tooling and dies from engineering drawings using manual and CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, EDM). Perform setup, inspection, repairs, die making, mold tuning, and toolroom inventory while meeting quality and production standards.
