Develop daily issue plans to support firearms production; manage inventory, release planned orders, coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and manufacturing to ensure production schedules are met and inventory accuracy is maintained.

Coordinate daily distribution center shipping and fulfillment activities, validate audit reports for revenue recognition, handle expedited and international shipments, improve picking/shipping efficiency and compliance, manage labor and carrier costs, investigate shipment issues, cross-train staff, and support continuous improvement and customer requirements.

Manage and optimize website content and search visibility to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Develop SEO/AEO/GEO and generative/answer engine strategies, collaborate with developers and marketing teams, use GA4/Search Console and AI tools to analyze performance, implement schema markup and UX/copy fixes, and report on site metrics regularly.
