Lead HR for a multi-site precast concrete manufacturer as a strategic business partner. Oversee recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compliance, performance management, payroll coordination, leave administration, HR reporting, talent management, engagement, labor relations, and analytics.

Lead accounting operations and reporting, manage month/year-end close, cash flow, budgets, and audits. Design SOX-compliant internal controls, mentor accounting team, coordinate external auditors, support tax compliance, evaluate systems, and drive process improvements and system implementations.

Provide full-time front-desk coverage: greet visitors, answer and route calls and emails, manage mail and conference room scheduling, maintain reception area, and perform general administrative tasks. Support the Accounting Manager by scanning deposits, entering trucking vouchers, and performing data entry and review of production and shipping data. Maintain office supplies. On-site full-time at Midland, Virginia.

Manage daily accounts payable: process and verify invoices, match POs, enter transactions, run payments, respond to vendors, reconcile statements, assist month-end close, and support process improvements.

Create and modify detailed 2D/3D shop drawings and models for precast concrete products using CAD/BIM, ensure constructability and fabrication-readiness, manage project documentation/submittals, coordinate with engineers, architects, and production teams, and support product development and quality compliance.
