Lead the assessment, architecture, modernization, implementation, migration, and support of enterprise data center networking and cybersecurity infrastructure. Configure and optimize Fortinet solutions, routing, switching, segmentation, high availability, secure remote access, and security policies. Troubleshoot complex issues, lead production migrations, validate implementations, create technical documentation, support compliance, and provide knowledge transfer to customer IT teams.

Plans, executes, and documents software testing across SIT, UAT, regression, functional, and production validation phases. Administer, configure, and support Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) including users, security, custom objects, automation, reports, integrations, data management, releases, sandbox management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration in a client-facing consulting environment.

Design user-centered web and mobile interfaces: create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma; run usability testing; maintain style guides and accessible reusable components; collaborate with stakeholders and development teams; and support marketing with visual assets while improving design processes.

Lead major incident recoveries and root cause analyses, plan and execute server upgrades and migrations (including Windows Server 2022-2025), manage VMware and Azure IaaS environments, support Linux and SQL Server, design architecture changes, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance for government-sensitive systems.

Design, implement, test, and maintain scalable software solutions. Modernize and support legacy systems (.NET, AngularJS). Build and integrate SOAP/REST APIs, perform unit testing, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure documentation and timely delivery while mentoring peers.
