Lead the assessment, architecture, modernization, implementation, migration, and support of enterprise data center networking and cybersecurity infrastructure. Configure and optimize Fortinet solutions, routing, switching, segmentation, high availability, secure remote access, and security policies. Troubleshoot complex issues, lead production migrations, validate implementations, create technical documentation, support compliance, and provide knowledge transfer to customer IT teams.

Plans, executes, and documents software testing across SIT, UAT, regression, functional, and production validation phases. Creates test assets, prepares test data, identifies and tracks defects, validates resolutions, reports quality metrics, and assesses application readiness. Collaborates with developers, business analysts, project teams, and end users to support releases, maintain SDLC compliance, and improve testing processes.

Configure, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise networks, including firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, and connectivity. Support Azure and AWS networking and security initiatives, contribute to technical consulting and pre-sales solution design, document network configurations, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver secure, reliable infrastructure. The role requires strong communication, analytical problem-solving, customer focus, and a willingness to learn emerging networking, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies.
