Software Tech Lead

Job Description: We are looking for a Software Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, ensuring best practices, code quality, and alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate will lead development teams, make key technical decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams ensuring high-quality delivery.
  
• Review code, manage pull requests, and enforce best practices.
  
• Design scalable and secure architecture.
  
• Develop and maintain APIs using .NET technologies.
  
• Collaborate with BA, QA, architects, infrastructure, security, and clients.
  
• Support frontend-backend integration and validate implementations.
  
• Manage Azure-based solutions and monitoring.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
  
• Coordinate deployments, releases, and environments (DEV/UAT/PROD).
  
• Document architecture and technical solutions.
  

Years of Experience and Education:

• Experience as Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or Software Architect.
  
• Strong leadership and technical decision-making skills.
  
• Experience in Agile environments.
  
• Knowledge of software architecture, integrations, and cloud/hybrid environments.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
