Drives new business development and full-cycle sales of managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, resourcing, and technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. Builds executive relationships, manages quotas and a $4M+ book of business, tracks pipeline in CRM systems, develops proposals with technical teams, negotiates contracts, and closes recurring technology services engagements. The role is remote or hybrid, based near approved locations, with travel up to 20%.

Drives net-new enterprise business and expands existing accounts across managed services, AI, data, cloud, Oracle, ServiceNow, and application development. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, consultative solution positioning, executive workshops, pipeline creation, forecasting, proposal and pricing support, cross-selling, and coordinating sales-to-delivery handoffs. The role requires strong relationship-building, strategic advisory, commercial execution, and disciplined CRM and pipeline management.

Develop and maintain enterprise full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, ReactJS, JavaScript, databases, and web services. Coordinate on-site delivery, offshore engineering teams, sprint goals, technical handoffs, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, testing, source control, and production troubleshooting across time zones.

Develop and maintain Java web applications using legacy J2EE and modern microservices architectures. Build reusable backend code and responsive interfaces with JSP, JavaScript, React, and related frameworks. Perform code reviews, unit testing, test automation, API development, and database integration. Lead high-performing onsite and offshore teams, support enterprise clients, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end solutions using Agile practices.

Leads the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise full-stack Java applications. Builds Spring Boot services, REST and SOAP integrations, relational database components, and React-based interfaces. Coordinates on-site stakeholders and offshore engineering teams, aligns sprint delivery, conducts code reviews, manages CI/CD and source control workflows, and troubleshoots production issues across time zones.

Manage strategic client relationships, onboarding, adoption, retention, and success planning while driving account expansion and new business. Build executive stakeholder relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintain pipelines and forecasts, and collaborate with commercial and delivery teams. Monitor account health, revenue, risks, and opportunities while providing client insights and representing the company at industry events.

Designs and operates Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 endpoint-management automation, configuration-as-code frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. Develops C#/.NET APIs and integration services, manages deployment automation, identities, credentials, and enterprise integrations, and implements validation, rollback, monitoring, and drift detection. The role also involves troubleshooting cross-platform failures, modernizing legacy infrastructure, documenting operational procedures, and partnering with endpoint, security, product, and support teams. This is a remote contract position with no travel.

The IAM Developer will implement SailPoint IIQ, lead engagement activities, manage access certifications, and develop architecture documents. Responsibilities include project management within the Identity Access Management domain and experience with testing protocols.
