Leads the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise full-stack Java applications. Builds Spring Boot services, REST and SOAP integrations, relational database components, and React-based interfaces. Coordinates on-site stakeholders and offshore engineering teams, aligns sprint delivery, conducts code reviews, manages CI/CD and source control workflows, and troubleshoots production issues across time zones.

Manage strategic client relationships, onboarding, adoption, retention, and success planning while driving account expansion and new business. Build executive stakeholder relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintain pipelines and forecasts, and collaborate with commercial and delivery teams. Monitor account health, revenue, risks, and opportunities while providing client insights and representing the company at industry events.

Develop and maintain enterprise full-stack applications across Java backends and React-based user interfaces. Build REST and SOAP services, implement security and database integrations, write unit tests, and support CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with engineering teams, Agile pods, and offshore partners across time zones. The role requires extensive Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, enterprise framework, frontend, testing, database, and source control experience.

Designs and operates Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 endpoint-management automation, configuration-as-code frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. Develops C#/.NET APIs and integration services, manages deployment automation, identities, credentials, and enterprise integrations, and implements validation, rollback, monitoring, and drift detection. The role also involves troubleshooting cross-platform failures, modernizing legacy infrastructure, documenting operational procedures, and partnering with endpoint, security, product, and support teams. This is a remote contract position with no travel.

The IAM Developer will implement SailPoint IIQ, lead engagement activities, manage access certifications, and develop architecture documents. Responsibilities include project management within the Identity Access Management domain and experience with testing protocols.
