Make outbound calls and send emails to customers with overdue balances, understand payment objections, secure payment commitments or arrangements, follow up on missed commitments, maintain accurate account notes, and meet collection targets and KPIs. The role requires confident, persistent, professional communication with U.S. and international customers in a fully remote setting.

Develop and maintain Angular frontend applications for big data analytics, AI-driven data modeling, spatial mapping, and reporting projects. Collaborate with experienced developers in a fully remote environment using AWS and enterprise application design principles. The role requires fluent English, flexible availability, and at least three years of hands-on Angular development experience.

Facilitate new-hire and refresher training, provide targeted performance coaching, identify skill and knowledge gaps, demonstrate processes, observe performance, deliver feedback, track improvement, use metrics to guide development, and recommend training-content enhancements for voice and non-voice frontline teams.
