Provide phone and live chat support, answer product and account questions, guide users through the platform, resolve or escalate issues, learn internal software, and deliver professional, friendly customer experiences.

Investigate operational issues, perform root-cause and trend/KPI analysis, and produce clear recommendations. Own and improve SOPs and documentation, support client onboarding on the software platform, and coordinate cross-team escalations. Communicate findings to clients and internal teams via chat, email, and calls.

Provide hands-on operational support for US-based clients (onboarding, platform adoption, locator support). Perform day-to-day tasks, analyze trends and KPIs, investigate issues, improve SOPs and onboarding, document processes, and coordinate with teams to resolve client issues while sharing insights with management and engineering.
