Own the post-sale customer journey, including onboarding, software training, setup, follow-ups, issue resolution, and renewal support. Coordinate across sales, product, accounting, and leadership to resolve customer needs and improve workflows. Track customer success, identify process gaps, report performance, and ensure issues are followed through to completion. This is a fully remote role open to candidates in Latin America and Europe.

Own the customer success lifecycle from onboarding through retention, coordinating follow-ups, check-ins, and issue resolution across sales, accounting, and product. Build scalable customer success systems and processes in an ambiguous environment, monitor progress, and proactively identify risks. The role requires strong ownership, communication skills, and the ability to manage complex processes with minimal supervision.

Coordinate customer onboarding, training, support, and retention workflows. Follow up on customer issues, align Sales, Accounting, Software, integrations, and licensing teams, and drive commitments through resolution. Build and improve operational processes, track projects, dependencies, blockers, and next steps, identify improvement opportunities from feedback, and provide clear updates across teams.
