Senior Salesforce Solution Architect responsible for end-to-end solution design and delivery across Salesforce (Service, Health/Life Sciences, Data Cloud) and MuleSoft integrations. Manage SOX risk assessment, ICFR design and testing (including ITGCs), remediation of deficiencies, external auditor relations, and Audit Committee reporting. Direct a risk-based internal audit plan across financial and GxP-regulated operational areas, build and mentor audit teams, and enhance audit tools and continuous monitoring.

Serve as the liaison between Regulatory Affairs and IT to translate regulatory business needs into system requirements for RIM platforms. Support implementations, migrations, managed services, requirements gathering, process mapping, vendor-neutral evaluations, release management, integrations, SOPs, training, and continuous improvement across RIM and adjacent enterprise systems.

Lead design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Intune and Entra ID for multi-OS endpoints. Manage application deployment, app protection, patching, dynamic groups, automation via PowerShell and Graph API, MDE integration, compliance reporting, and endpoint modernization projects. Serve as SME, mentor junior engineers, maintain runbooks and script library, and support audit/compliance activities.

Lead Veeva CRM implementations for life sciences clients: gather requirements, design processes, support solution design across Veeva modules, manage UAT and data migration, coordinate with architects and PMs, and provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.

Perform quality analysis and control in a hardware depot supporting 30+ clients: standardize processes, maintain Good Documentation Practice, inspect outbound shipments and inventory, follow and update ServiceNow tickets, and ensure builds match documented processes.

Lead configuration, implementation, and administration of OneTrust for consent, cookie, and preference management. Build branded front-end consent experiences, support integrations with CRM/CMS/analytics, manage DSR workflows and privacy operations, produce documentation, test and validate releases, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and global privacy standards in regulated healthcare and life sciences environments.

Lead day-to-day IT operations, Microsoft 365 administration, and cybersecurity for regulated biotech/pharma clients. Hands-on administer Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive; manage MSPs; run incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance (GxP) activities; maintain BC/DR and IT policies; mentor IT staff and partner with business leaders to ensure secure, reliable technology operations.

Lead technical Veeva CRM implementations for life sciences clients: design and deliver custom Salesforce/Veeva solutions, integrations, data migration, code review, testing, deployment, and mentor development teams while ensuring compliance and validation.

Design, implement, and maintain Veeva CRM solutions and integrations (including Veeva Vault). Gather requirements, configure CRM objects and UI, manage APIs/middleware integrations, perform testing, document workflows, train and support end users, and recommend improvements and upgrades.

Lead client-facing Salesforce Marketing Cloud engagements for life sciences clients: run discovery and journey mapping, capture requirements, design omnichannel solutions, translate to implementation-ready user stories, coordinate delivery with architects, developers, QA and agencies, and support launch, validation, and post-launch optimization while ensuring regulated documentation and consent controls.

Senior, client-facing CRM Solution Architect to design and lead Veeva/IQVIA/Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations for commercial pharma. Responsibilities include solution design, integration architecture, data modeling, security, CI/CD, migration planning, documentation, presales support, and delivery leadership across onshore/offshore teams while supporting regulated delivery needs.

Lead Veeva CRM platform activities including requirements gathering, system design, integrations, UAT, QA, and daily operational oversight.
