Also supports consulting proposals, solution design, methodology development, and mentoring of OCM consultants.

Designs and governs end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Life Sciences, Health, Service, and Data Clouds. Leads client discovery, requirements workshops, architecture documentation, data and security modeling, automation, integrations, presales scoping, and delivery oversight. Guides Apex and LWC development, MuleSoft integrations, CI/CD, environment strategy, and regulated life sciences validation. Manage scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, governance, client communications, and cross-functional delivery. Ensure compliance with GxP standards and FDA validation readiness while maintaining stakeholder relationships, presenting to senior leadership, mentoring junior team members, and improving CRM project delivery practices.

Supports operational management of the Veeva Practice by coordinating resource assignments, tracking project hours, budgets, schedules, utilization, and staffing. Maintains resource profiles, certifications, training records, and project documentation. Produces capacity, utilization, certification, and financial reports while reconciling timesheet and project data with Finance and project leadership. Identifies staffing, scheduling, budget, and compliance risks and supports forecasting, onboarding, offboarding, and training planning.

Provide high-touch desktop and end-user support in a predominantly macOS environment for biotech/pharma clients. Troubleshoot hardware, software, access issues; manage onboarding/offboarding, administer macOS via MDM, handle tickets in Jira, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain secure, productive end-user computing.

Develop and support enterprise integrations using MuleSoft and another iPaaS platform. Build REST and SOAP APIs, data transformations, workflows, security controls, tests, monitoring, and reusable integration components. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and support CI/CD, version control, documentation, code reviews, and release management. The role requires strong integration architecture, API governance, security, debugging, and communication skills.

Provide on-site support across macOS and Windows environments, troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks, administer servers, manage Veeam/NAS/S3 backups, deploy endpoints, write automation scripts, resolve escalated issues, and maintain IT documentation. The role requires full-time on-site work in South San Francisco and supports life sciences and biotech clients.

Leads cross-functional implementation and improvement projects across Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Facilities. Oversees concurrent G&A initiatives including ERP, HRIS, CLM, GRC, infrastructure, office, and procurement system projects. Maintains project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports while coordinating executive sponsors, functional leaders, implementation partners, and end users.

Designs and leads OneTrust Consent Management and Data Discovery architectures for life sciences clients. Integrates OneTrust with Salesforce, Veeva, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS; creates ERDs, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams; translates privacy requirements into technical designs; leads configuration with admins and developers; collaborates with legal, compliance, IT, and delivery teams; supports pre-sales workshops and client engagements. Requires approximately 10–20% travel.
