Lead discovery, gather requirements, create user stories and process maps, author UAT/test scripts, support pre-sales scoping, and liaise between business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to ensure commercial workflows and Agentforce use cases are implemented effectively.

Own and modernize Microsoft Intune device management, Windows Autopilot provisioning, and app deployment. Administer cross-platform patching with Automox, correlate vulnerabilities via Rapid7, and support Okta device-trust and conditional access integrations. Automate tasks with PowerShell/Graph API, document runbooks, and partner with IT, security, and engineering to ensure endpoint health, compliance, and lifecycle management.
