Lead end-to-end Veeva CRM implementation and enhancement projects for life sciences clients. Manage scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, governance, compliance, and stakeholder expectations. Coordinate business and technical teams, support FDA validation readiness, maintain client relationships, mentor junior team members, and contribute to CRM delivery best practices.

Lead business analysis for complex, multi-country Veeva CRM implementations across Europe. Own requirements gathering, solution design, process optimization, stakeholder relationships, project documentation, UAT, testing, data migration validation, deployment support, and post-go-live activities. Advise pharmaceutical clients on scalable CRM solutions while coordinating with architects, consultants, developers, and project managers. Contribute to practice improvements and business development.
