Lead end-to-end CRM migration and implementation programs for life sciences clients across Salesforce, Veeva, and other platforms. Manage planning, data migration (ETL), integrations, compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), budgets, vendors, change management, and post-go-live optimization while coordinating cross-functional teams and mentoring junior program staff.

Serve as primary client-facing lead for MSP IT service delivery to biotech and pharma clients. Lead virtual delivery teams, manage escalations, drive adoption and renewal, coordinate across support, infrastructure, networking and hardware services, mentor CSMs, and promote continuous improvement and client success.

Provide onsite Tier 2/3 network and end-user support for enterprise infrastructure. Manage Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco Meraki environments, troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless, VPN and endpoint issues, perform onboarding/offboarding, maintain network documentation, assist with security audits, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalations.
