Lead end-to-end Veeva CRM implementation and enhancement projects for life sciences clients. Manage scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, governance, client communications, and cross-functional delivery. Ensure compliance with GxP standards and FDA validation readiness while maintaining stakeholder relationships, presenting to senior leadership, mentoring junior team members, and improving CRM project delivery practices.
