Senior Salesforce Solution Architect responsible for end-to-end solution design and delivery across Salesforce (Service, Health/Life Sciences, Data Cloud) and MuleSoft integrations. Lead discovery, produce solution documentation, define data/security models, integration patterns, CI/CD governance, and provide technical leadership across onshore/offshore teams while supporting regulated life sciences delivery needs.

Provide onsite and remote end-user support: install/configure hardware and software, respond to and resolve tickets per SLA, document troubleshooting steps, set up workstations, assist AV for meetings, support Windows and macOS devices, mobile/tablet endpoints, printers, Wi‑Fi, VPN, SSO/MFA, Active Directory/Azure and Office 365 account administration, and escalate/resolve Tier 1 issues.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise accounts across Central Europe within pharma, biotech and life sciences. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for managed services and IT/software solutions, engage executive stakeholders, manage pipeline and forecasting, and consistently exceed quota.
