Owns change strategy, impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, training, adoption, metrics, and post-go-live reinforcement. Manages OCM plans, budgets, risks, and deliverables while partnering with technical and business teams. Also supports consulting proposals, solution design, methodology development, and mentoring of OCM consultants.
