Project Manager, Veeva CRM

Position Overview:

Slipstream Europe is seeking an experience Project Manager, CRM to lead client engagements involving Veeva CRM and related CRM platform implementations. This role requires a seasoned project leader who can independently manage end-to-end delivery of CRM implementations and enhancements for life sciences clients, balancing scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate brings strong CRM project delivery experience within a regulated industry and is comfortable serving as the primary point of accountability for client-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Veeva CRM and related platform implementations, including planning, resourcing, budget tracking, and risk management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reporting, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to delivery.
• Coordinate with solution architects, business analysis, and configuration teams to ensure CRM deliverables meet client requirements and compliance standards.
• Manage project scope, change request, and financials, escalating issues to leadership as needed.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including steering committee updates, status meetings, and milestone reviews.
• Ensure all CRM project deliverables meet GxP compliance standards and support client readiness for FDA validation activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning Slipstream as a trusted strategic partner.
• Mentor junior project teams members and contribute to internal best practices for CRM delivery methodology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• PMP certification and/or Masters degree preferred.
• 8+ years of overall project management experience, including managing complex technology implementations.
• 4+ years of experience specifically managing CRM implementation projects (Veeva CRM or comparable platform strongly preferred).
• 3+ years of experience working within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior client leadership.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams in consulting or client-facing environment.
• Working knowledge of GxP compliance an FDA validation requirements preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. The ability to move about to accomplish tasks. Adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions. Communicating verbally and written word with others to exchange information. Exposure to a standard office environment with average room temperatures with no adverse environmental conditions expected.
