Lead BIM consultancy projects, develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, libraries and BEPs, perform QA/QC on models and content, train teams, troubleshoot Revit workflows, and implement BIM strategies and interoperability tools across projects.

Support and coordinate employee experience and culture initiatives across hubs, run Co-Pilot sessions, manage onboarding and 90-day experiences, collect feedback and engagement metrics, partner with Brand & People teams, and ensure follow-through on culture, engagement, and people programs.
