Manages and grows enterprise client accounts for rental, modular, and custom trade show exhibits. Builds client relationships, develops sales opportunities, manages pipelines, forecasts revenue, oversees agreements, budgets, schedules, and project teams, and leads strategic pitches. Partners with marketing and internal departments to develop value propositions, increase win rates, grow revenue, and retain customers. Requires regular travel to approximately one or two trade shows per month.

Drives net-new business growth by targeting high-value prospects, generating and converting leads, managing enterprise pipelines, and closing complex sales. Builds relationships with key decision-makers, develops consultative prospecting strategies, partners with marketing, and leverages CRM and outreach tools. Owns forecasting, pricing, win rates, revenue, and profit goals while expanding client accounts and representing Skyline across industries.

Leads the company-wide growth and sales operations function, owning forecasting, pipeline management, CRM, sales processes, enablement, analytics, incentive compensation, and sales-finance alignment. The role manages presale, proposal, CRM, and sales operations teams; establishes operating cadence and governance; improves data integrity and forecast accuracy; and supports scalable revenue and margin growth through process, technology, reporting, and team leadership.

Supports job costing, revenue and COGS recognition, monthly close, reconciliations, freight cost uploads, variance analysis, and audit-ready documentation. Applies GAAP and ASC 606, assigns costs to projects, investigates discrepancies, and collaborates with operations, logistics, sales, and project teams to improve cost tracking and internal controls.

The Senior Accountant manages month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, technical accounting research, tax coordination, internal controls, and audit support. The role reviews and mentors staff accountants, maintains GAAP compliance, drives accounting process improvements, and collaborates across departments to provide accurate financial information. SAP ERP expertise is preferred, along with experience in manufacturing accounting and certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CGMA.
