Teams at Skyline Exhibits

Coordinates inbound and outbound freight, carrier pickups, shipping documentation, tracking, freight consolidation, and transportation cost optimization. Supports warehouse loading, receiving, staging, material handling, inventory movement, and discrepancy resolution. Communicates with carriers, brokers, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining accurate shipment records and meeting trade show deadlines. Uses transportation and business systems to monitor freight and support operational improvements.

Leads opportunity intake, qualification, evaluation, prioritization, and governance for sales pursuits. Partners across growth, marketing, design, operations, finance, and executive leadership to align resources, improve pipeline visibility, strengthen forecasting, and increase conversion rates. Establishes scoring, go/no-go, reporting, workflow, and continuous improvement processes while managing team development and accountability. Requires occasional travel to customer meetings, trade shows, and company events.

Manages and grows enterprise client accounts for rental, modular, and custom trade show exhibits. Builds client relationships, develops sales opportunities, manages pipelines, forecasts revenue, oversees agreements, budgets, schedules, and project teams, and leads strategic pitches. Partners with marketing and internal departments to develop value propositions, increase win rates, grow revenue, and retain customers. Requires regular travel to approximately one or two trade shows per month.
