The Sports Engagement Representative builds relationships with athletes and community stakeholders, encourages engagement, assists with sports refereeing, and ensures a welcoming facility environment.

Lead and run an after-school program at Centennial Elementary for children ages 5-12: plan and implement curriculum and activities, supervise staff and students, ensure health, safety, and USDA snack standards, manage supplies, communicate with families, and complete required trainings and licensing.

Lead evening and weekend facility operations, supervise cross-functional staff, manage member experience and escalations, administer membership systems, ensure safety and compliance, and drive operational improvements and community engagement.
