Lead and manage the MV Hope Coalition using the Strategic Prevention Framework: coordinate partners, implement evidence-based prevention programs, conduct data-driven planning and evaluation, ensure contract compliance and reporting, oversee outreach/training, and build sustainable community capacity to prevent youth substance use and promote behavioral health.

The Sports Engagement Representative builds relationships with athletes and community stakeholders, encourages engagement, assists with sports refereeing, and ensures a welcoming facility environment.
