Analyze and underwrite stressed and distressed credit and special-situation investments across industries, asset classes, and capital structures. Responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, analysis of financial statements, covenants, legal and bankruptcy documents, restructurings, market trends, and investment risks. The role also manages portfolio investments, supports transaction negotiations and structuring, prepares investment memoranda, and contributes to business-building initiatives.

Lead fund accounting for multiple investment funds including month-end/quarter/annual close, investor reporting (capital calls/distributions), audit coordination, reconciliations, valuation support, cash management, compliance reporting, expense analysis, internal controls, and special projects for firm leadership.

Manages global tax compliance and reporting for investment funds, including investor Schedules K-1, federal, foreign, state and local filings, FATCA, CRS, ASC 740 disclosures, tax payments, and tax authority examinations. Oversees external providers, coordinates with accounting and operations teams, monitors regulatory changes, develops tax policies, supports investors, and leads tax-reporting training and process improvements.

Lead operations and program management for Sixth Street Insurance: perform operations and technology due diligence for M&A, manage project portfolio and integrations, support portfolio company technology and outsourcing initiatives, oversee operating expense planning and budgeting, and drive operational maturity and process improvements across European and U.S. insurance portfolio companies.

Manage accounting and reporting for Insurance SMAs: reconcile cash and investment positions, review investment setups, prepare complex waterfall and management fee calculations, assist expense reporting and quarterly valuations, produce investor reporting, support fundraising materials, and participate in special operating and financial projects.

Build, maintain, and expand multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). Manage account/directory/IAM, core networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing), and security frameworks including ZTNA. Apply a software-engineering mindset to automate, troubleshoot Linux/Windows workloads, debug Python/JavaScript, document work in Jira/GitHub/Confluence, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Manage and enhance Sixth Street's marketing and Global Capital Markets compliance program. Review and approve marketing materials, ensure SEC and FINRA compliance (including Marketing Rule), manage regulatory filings (Form ADV, Form PF), design policies and procedures, lead compliance projects, and improve workflows using technology and AI while partnering with business and engineering stakeholders.

Manage the full lifecycle of global legal entities: formations, governance, dissolutions, and regulatory filings. Maintain accurate entity records and governing agreements, coordinate with Legal/Tax/Accounting/Compliance and external service providers, improve processes and entity management tools, and support KYC, banking, and corporate governance requests.

Build and evolve a cloud-native developer platform focusing on self-service "Golden Paths", GitOps/CI-CD tooling, observability, and AI enablement. Partner with Security and Infrastructure, mentor engineers, drive platform strategy and adoption, define reliability (SLO/SLI) and incident response, and treat the platform as a product with strong developer empathy.
